Natural Wisdom: Breaking Beliefs and Labels

Image
Beliefs and labels come in many forms. All manifest from inherited thoughts and actions over a lifetime. Inherited from generations and passed down from one to the next. Action, choices, and decisions from each individual person. These beliefs and labels are all internal and categorized perceptions created over time from what we control and create individually, to what we control and create as a whole human race. The issue with beliefs and labels is that they are controlled from one internal self to another, and creation was meant for the external world around you only, not the internal world within you. This is the main source of the problem that humanity has today, and over time. We've grown accustomed from childhood to "think first", attaching thoughts with emotions to mimic adults and best understand the world. Creating our own internal views of ourselves and others, causing conflicting beliefs and chaos from within. The remedy for these internal disconnections to t...

Natural Wisdom: All Good Things

Image
These are daily affirmations I use to draw myself out of my internal self and into reality. Repeating these regularly will program your mind and body to live externally. Aligning you with the world outside of yourself. Steady breathing and relax your whole body as you speak these to the environment around you. Stay fully engaged in the present moment as you do this. The more you allow your internal self to process and align on its own, the more you will align yourself with the world. bridging any disconnection created over a lifetime of self-creation and control through inherited beliefs and forced choices and decisions. Allowing yourself to calmly celebrate life and enjoy every moment will liberate and honor your past sins and gradually create that beautiful reality you seek full-time. Enjoy your life, buy me a coffee at the bottom ☕😉, and check out my first interactive ebook below that "Phoenix One". There are real-life practices that align with the great fictional story....

Natural Wisdom: Understanding Yourself

Image
When transitioning from a chaotic internal world to a simple, peaceful, and completely different aligned lifestyle outside of yourself. Understanding that you are and were more responsible for the transition than expected will reveal itself as you consistently recognize the false narratives of your perceptions and gracefully release them. Transition is just that. No control or misdirection, no stops for a reset, no jerky or spuradic movements, and no need for input from the eccentric internal world of your mind. That usually reveals itself as self-loathing, validation, and justification. Just calm, silent, intentional, and steady flowing direction. As your whole relaxed body works with your mind to release the thoughts, tension, voluntary movements, and emotions that we've compiled over a lifetime. This process may sometimes come after a frustrating outburst, a sudden realization that you're drifting in your mind, or a moment of impassiveness. Relaxing your whole body, calm an...

Natural Wisdom: Priorities and Elevation

Image
Priorities were something to have a heavy focus on, but no longer hold weight. Causing pressure on myself, irritation, and inevitably missing important details about the task or projects at hand. Jumping ahead and skipping steps big and small, or getting ahead of myself and taking on too much at once. Which are ultimately the same in the bigger scheme of things. I had all these great ideas (Phoenix Down Academy, The Item Shop, writing literature for a book/RPG video game), all centered around assisting others in getting their life back on track, self-sustaining communities, and building healthy and versatile bridges to one another. Big dreams for someone coming off a heavy drug, sex, self-esteem, lack of confidence, and self-image habit. My priority was to take it all on at once. Causing forward-moving chaos, stress, and confusion of all forms. What is ground zero, and the catalyst for the successful transformation, was every moment that I would relax and focus on the task in fron...

Natural Wisdom: Unchained Freedom

Image
The chains are our controlled thoughts, originating from both our conscious and subconscious minds. Seeming and feeling heavier, louder, and more constraining depending on the moments we're in. Brought upon by us through our negative and positive outlooks of the way we view ourselves, people around us, and the world as a whole. From our words, actions, and demographic beliefs over the years. This chaotic, seemingly relentless, and a lot of times, slow boiling mixing pot of thought and emotion, good and bad, right and wrong, should and shouldn't, why and how, me and we, you and us are all the same. A manifestation over time of our best ability to view and understand ourselves and the world. Seeming almost impossible to lose all the chains and live with pure freedom from ourselves, that we have knowingly and unknowingly created. These mental and physical perceptions, these chains. Are just that. Unreal manifestations that we have controlled our minds into believing. From trying ...

Natural Wisdom: Graceful Transition to Extrovert

Image
The concept of introverts and extroverts is another human perception that we've become accustomed to, and the reason we often feel disconnected from the world around us. An obvious observation reveals that we're fighting the same issues in our minds as we are in the external world. Another observation will reveal that the source of all the issues is both internal and external. All are produced from the thoughts of ourselves and others throughout history and up to current events. From the external media, word of mouth from ourselves or others, and the internal voices, feelings, and emotions that we've become accustomed to categorizing as an array of demographic beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world as a whole. The solutions and remedies for each individual and the world as a whole are another obvious one. Gracefully and intentionally losing the "think first" mindset and engaging yourself with the outside world around you at all times. This calm and relaxe...

Natural Wisdom: The push for momentum and the pull back

Image
We perceive in the moment that momentum is a hustle or push for what we want in life. The issue is that we perceive it. We jump ahead in our minds to a manifestation that inevitably changes and is already uncertain. Causing expectation, discouragement, and indifference. Then we pull back into illusions and delusions of grandeur, fantasies and ego, and acceptance of what we "think" is stability, and in the long run, subconsciously know is unhealthy. In the knowing, there is the healthy version of us that is still, quiet, and content. It is the moment that we sit, and everything is peaceful inside. It is a call for a better world outside of ourselves and one that we deserve. A call for what we truly want in life, but the push or pull drifts us away from it. The chaotic internal and external world we currently live in shrouds the beauty with shame, guilt, discontent, and unhealthy choices that always lead to the same outcomes. There's another option to backing yourself in a...

Phoenix One

Image
Phoenix One The Story  Follows Ae, a young man trapped in his own thoughts, as he embarks on an awakening journey. From the village of Eridu to the peak of Pleasant Mountain, guided by Sheba. A mystical Rottweiler of golden light. Ae learns to release the false stories that have imprisoned him. This is more than a story. It's a map to freedom from the inherited perceptions and mental patterns that keep us from experiencing the present moment. Like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, you too can transform. Inspired by Real Heroes The characters are based on real people who have guided me and been part of my journey over the years. Sheba was my beloved dog. Bob is based on my father, and many of the other characters in the story are influential people in my life. Part Two will feature heroes submitted by readers like you. There is a submit hero tab at the top of the home page, and I would love to hear the stories of the heroes in your life. They may end up in my  Natural W...

Natural Wisdom: I Now Release

Image
Staying in the moment can be a challenge. We stain ourselves with the words of others, our thoughts of others, and how we feel about ourselves. Good and bad, right and wrong, what is just and justifiable. All of these have no middle ground, and will forever be a back and forth of what we should do, internally and externally, to find comfort in what we already have answers for. The saying "you can't change the past" and "dream about the future" are the blinders to the obvious. Keeping us stuck under pressure, backed into a corner, and missing or failing to capitalize on opportunities when they arise. Due to the internal chaos caused by words from others, words from ourselves, and the inherited demographic beliefs we have become numb to and unknowingly keep alive in our minds, we have become accustomed to and unknowingly keep alive in our minds how we should view people and the world. Ever retracting or dodging, folding or buckling, reasoning and justifying actio...

Natural Wisdom: Just Do IT

Image
It occurred to me today after visiting my dad in a rehabilitation center, and after a moment of reflection. There were many times I would intentionally and unintentionally talk myself out of it for many reasons over the past few years. Drug habits, inappropriate sexual activity, and pushing hustles for delusions of grandeur were priorities. Avoidance, procrastination, severe anxiety, feelings of impending doom, regret, resentment, shame, you name it, were the constant mixed bag of internal and external struggles with myself, my loved ones, and others. Now, after winning the many fights with my demons of psychosis, paranoia, and extreme emotional imbalance, and not listening to the angels of grandeur, validations, and reason. I sit here typing with earned confidence in myself, joy in my newfound love for writing, clarity and simplicity in my daily living, competency and complexity fulfilling my personal responsibilities, and a natural and ever-evolving purpose that I can be proud o...

Natural Wisdom: Natural Remedy for All

Image
Sitting there staring at the wall or the ground? Lying there looking up at the ceiling? Did you know that your body will naturally repair and align itself in that stillness? A thought, all the way down to eye and bodily movements, will signal your brain that you are in control, and it will continue on the traditional "think first" patterns. Lying or sitting completely relaxed and still, with calm and steady breathing. You will see immediate results in the form of your motor function taking over and relaxing. Then you'll notice areas of pressure move and lighten up. The mind will understand that it is working in conjunction with the body again and may briefly release old feelings, such as images, memories, scents, and sounds. It is releasing the emotions that have attached to it since childhood. Continue with calm and steady breathing, letting them freely pass through you. Closing your eyes for a moment, then opening them to view the scene. Combined with the calm and stead...

Natural Wisdom: Consistency in Reality Practices

Image
The inherited practices of thinking before action have accustomed us to micro-managing every part of our bodies, every part of our daily lives, the way we view others, and the way we view the world. Unaware that over the span of our lifetime and throughout generations, it is the source of all the internal and external struggles that our individual selves and the world as a whole are misunderstanding. We are all aware of the internal and external struggles that we all face in the current mindset of the world. Yet we still keep our focus on the problems, and implementing solutions seems daunting when we run into more problems. The answer isn't in the focus of the problem or a push for a solution. It is all in the individual practices of gracefully releasing those emotions that were compounded over time, applying intentional actions while staying in the present moment, and implementing them steadily will naturally evolve you into a prioritized, responsible, disciplined, well-regulate...

Natural Wisdom: Harnessing your Reality

Image
Illusions and delusions that we cast upon ourselves come in many forms. Harnessing your reality is the HR, the middle ground between both, manifesting, liberation, purpose, and fulfillment. Getting stuck in the mud or lost in the forest, being too slow or too fast, looking back at the past, or dreaming about the future are all delusions of grandeur, no matter how big or small they may be. Illusions are things that are likely to be wrongly perceived or interpreted by the senses. Both can be remedied with the middle ground of your current external reality. Harnessing a stable body will produce stable outcomes. In every aspect, from your personal health (no more anxiety, depression, or worse), balancing your work and home life, and fulfilling your purposes and destiny in a lifetime. Calmly staying engaged with every moment of your day and perceiving the world around you as a literal, logical, and beautiful being that includes you. manifests more and more successful results. Encouragi...

Natural Wisdom: Invisible Power

Image
Invisible power is your own aura outside of yourself. It may feel like weight, pressure, or emotions floating at first. It is the opposite. No weight, no pressure, and no emotional feel. We are so accustomed to micro-managing and controlling our emotions with thought, we don't realize that we aren't supposed to control or prevent any of it. Living outside of yourself for long enough and intentionally combining your senses will reveal just that. The power you're seeking may feel heavy at first, but it's emotions attached to thought, disguised as power. Pushing through it, avoiding it, or buckling is ego and will immediately or eventually reveal more tension, pressure, and angst (anxiety and depression or floating emotions and thoughts). The remedy is a simple, calm, and intentional focus on the outside world around you. It will welcome encouragement, connect you with the active world in your view, and promote forward-moving confidence in your successful endeavors of the...

Natural Wisdom: Catalyst to Change

Image
The catalyst to change isn't in the choices we make for the future, the people we attach ourselves to, or any false narrative that we think ourselves into wanting before the adventure even begins. It isn't in a push for a hustle, a pull for comforts, or a reset. Only to find ourselves in the same situations in a different way. The catalyst to change starts with a subtle and calm action that leads to another. The smell of your morning coffee, the sound of the sip, followed by the texture of the liquid. The scene of the room when you look up, the feel of the warmth from your cup, and the vibration and sound from tapping your glass. Allowing your senses to recognize that you are on this earth and everything on it. A bridge to the disconnection. Leaving the chaos of the mind behind for what you've naturally inherited as a child. The beginning of turning the inner circus of our minds into a liberating and beautiful future outside of ourselves. As the old version of our inner se...

Natural Wisdom: Communication

Image
We communicate with ourselves, with each other, or with the world. With our mouths, minds, and movements... How we talk can be demeaning, demanding, complicated, or constraining. Causing ego and frustration that always lead to paranoia and suffering, pressure leading to failed action, chaos and confusion, restrictions that lead to a complete shutdown. The same goes for coddling, protection, unfitting eccentric behavior, and any form of validation to ourselves or others. Causing the same, but still another form of ego, frustration, and pressure on ourselves and others. Communicating with encouragement, command, simplicity, and authenticity. Inviting encouragement, honor, and relief. Always leading to trust and healing, genuine and successful actions, clarity and understanding, freedom to fulfill duty and purpose. Between both directions of communication with ourselves, each other, and the world is personal instruction and alignment first. Elevating toward each other and the communi...

Natural Wisdom: Interacting with the world around you

Image
Most of us create our own perceptions in our minds to reason, validate, and justify our way of living. Completely detaching ourselves from the natural world and even categorizing our own body parts unknowingly (head/mind, torso, legs, etc.) The remedy to this is to calmly and intentionally interact with everything in your environment, from objects like tapping your coffee cup or glass, to smelling the steam rising from it, and sipping afterward. Smelling the fresh air or the scents in your home, while taking in the scene around you. Tapping the desk in your office or the counter in your kitchen while taking in the scene. The feel of your clothes or the walls around you while breathing steadily. You will notice these actions will automatically happen throughout your day. Rewiring or coding your brain for success. Noticing without reaction will bring the best results. Calm and intentional action combined with thought are the same and balanced. Combining the senses, then a realizatio...

Natural Wisdom: Encouraging a Genuine Reality

Image
The first step is... The next step is... We were conditioned to follow steps, get in lines, dress in certain ways, and abide by laws that made sense to the people who created them. All while lost in our minds, dreaming of the creations we wish to create and the person (our higher self) that seems so difficult to become. All good things and all possible with a solid foundation. Natural uniformity, which evolves with us from the beginning of our journey, and a natural self, which is our higher self and calling. When I woke this morning, I usually think straight into the patterns that I was conditioned to know for comfort. Coffee, a cigarette, and a step out onto the porch for both. Frantically heading for one after the other, missing the solid foundation that we condition ourselves to overlook. The beginning and the basis for alignment. From childhood till we pass away. Our motor functions and senses are the basis on which we should begin each morning. Aligning with our day in that...

Natural Wisdom: True Freedom

Image
With each morning we rise, on our journey through redemption, liberation, and true freedom. We may find ourselves facing the same inner demons we've tried to defeat time and time again. Focusing on them and trying to beat them only makes them change form. Stealing the light you are frantically searching for, and have the opportunity of enjoying when it comes around. The longer we speak to those internal demons, the stronger they grow and continue to haunt us. Finding our true self doesn't require a search for the light, a fight with our own internal (and often awkward) demons, or carrying guilt and shame from our past choices. True freedom comes from choosing to release those inner demons, without acknowledgment and calmly moving forward with intentional actions. Living in the outside world around you fully, and calmly acknowledging that you are the world around you. Our journey through redemption, liberation, and true freedom becomes all one thing. True Freedom.  Phoenix Down ...

Natural Wisdom: Casual Preparation

Image
We think of growth and growing as momentum built over time. Heavy, discouraging, loud, and uncertain.  Making it seem more difficult to evolve into the best version of ourselves. Constantly trudging through the trials of life, to make it to a destination that feels farther to reach, difficult to attain, and disconnected from reality. Evolving and evolution are causal preparation over time. Fluid, constant, calm, and knowing. Making it easier to gracefully evolve into the best version of ourselves. Knowing in the moment our next move through life, because it's there in front of us. Attainable, connected, and real. As we continue to gracefully evolve, casual preparation becomes clearer and more precise. Building confidence in the direction you are already heading. Making it ever-evolving, ever-flowing, and already knowing. We were taught to focus on the heavy pressure instead of the natural wisdom we already have.  Phoenix Down Academy   The Item Shop   Support t...

Natural Wisdom: The Drift and the Graceful Transition

Image
The drift and the graceful transition are one. They are the knowing and the action with intention, dancing with each other. The world we currently live in tells us that they are separate and one is before the other. As you drift through the knowing on your way back to one natural perception of the world. You will shed old ideals, masks you've worn, and regrets you've accumulated. With every graceful action you take toward the beautiful life you're earning. Every moment becomes intentional and an appreciation for life. Weakening your self-doubt and strengthening your knowing, courage, and wisdom for a beautiful future that you're creating. As the drift becomes knowing and the action with intention becomes the graceful transition. You will come to points where they seem to conflict with each other. In these moments, take a calm pause to embrace the environment around you. Letting them dance on their own will allow the knowing, courage, and wisdom to guide you into the ne...
