Natural Wisdom: All Good Things
These are daily affirmations I use to draw myself out of my internal self and into reality. Repeating these regularly will program your mind and body to live externally. Aligning you with the world outside of yourself. Steady breathing and relax your whole body as you speak these to the environment around you. Stay fully engaged in the present moment as you do this. The more you allow your internal self to process and align on its own, the more you will align yourself with the world. bridging any disconnection created over a lifetime of self-creation and control through inherited beliefs and forced choices and decisions. Allowing yourself to calmly celebrate life and enjoy every moment will liberate and honor your past sins and gradually create that beautiful reality you seek full-time. I will stay engaged with the environment around me
I will speak to the environment around me, and I will speak simple, direct, and encouraging words

I will not control or micromanage my internal self
I will relax my whole body and recognize that I am the environment around me
I will give myself grace, and I will be silent in moments of uncertainty
I will not drift in my mind, but I will allow my thoughts and emotions to flow naturally
I will gracefully return to reality after a moment of silence
I will encourage myself to enjoy the present moment, after a moment of internal calm and silence

I am already perfect, I am not my past poor choices, I am not my inherited beliefs about myself and others
I am already perfect, like the perfect world that I am a part of
I am a good person and a good human being
I am part of the perfect world around me

After awhile these practices become part of you, and you naturally do it without words. Embracing the calm, silent, and ever-flowing peace from within. Celebrating life by being a part of the beautiful world around you all the time. All good things, all the time. Including you and your whole beautiful self.
