Natural Wisdom: Catalyst to Change
The catalyst to change isn't in the choices we make for the future, the people we attach ourselves to, or any false narrative that we think ourselves into wanting before the adventure even begins. It isn't in a push for a hustle, a pull for comforts, or a reset. Only to find ourselves in the same situations in a different way. The catalyst to change starts with a subtle and calm action that leads to another. The smell of your morning coffee, the sound of the sip, followed by the texture of the liquid. The scene of the room when you look up, the feel of the warmth from your cup, and the vibration and sound from tapping your glass. Allowing your senses to recognize that you are on this earth and everything on it. A bridge to the disconnection. Leaving the chaos of the mind behind for what you've naturally inherited as a child. The beginning of turning the inner circus of our minds into a liberating and beautiful future outside of ourselves. As the old version of our inner selves casts fear, doubt, and shame that can scream loudly at first. Physically felt in the form of pressure, angst, or an indifferent dead space. Those screams become echoes and whispers, the farther we gracefully walk on that bridge to the other side. Intentionally noticing the sound of our footsteps, observing the scene around us, and steadily breathing. Giving no acknowledgment to the inner self, and letting your whole self slow dance with the physical world around you. Signs and signals to be observed briefly will also be present in various forms. Guiding you and reassuring you that you're in the right direction. Including yourself, with subtle and commanding words. "Stay in the moment, "I'm proud of myself, "I know who I am." Often introducing yourself to the view, the scents, the sounds, the textures, and a realization that you and everything around you are all one. Gracefully moves you toward the inner freedom, outer freedom, and destiny that you rightfully earned.
