Natural Wisdom: Interacting with the world around you
Most of us create our own perceptions in our minds to reason, validate, and justify our way of living. Completely detaching ourselves from the natural world and even categorizing our own body parts unknowingly (head/mind, torso, legs, etc.) The remedy to this is to calmly and intentionally interact with everything in your environment, from objects like tapping your coffee cup or glass, to smelling the steam rising from it, and sipping afterward. Smelling the fresh air or the scents in your home, while taking in the scene around you. Tapping the desk in your office or the counter in your kitchen while taking in the scene. The feel of your clothes or the walls around you while breathing steadily. You will notice these actions will automatically happen throughout your day. Rewiring or coding your brain for success. Noticing without reaction will bring the best results. Calm and intentional action combined with thought are the same and balanced. Combining the senses, then a realization that you and the room are one, eliminates any doubt, fears, and thinking. Calmly, guiding you throughout your day and the future you wish to evolve with. Revealing itself on its own, rather than thinking it into existence before it happens. We were meant to evolve with this earth, not build what is already perfect. Us included.
