Natural Wisdom: Natural Remedy for All

Sitting there staring at the wall or the ground? Lying there looking up at the ceiling? Did you know that your body will naturally repair and align itself in that stillness? A thought, all the way down to eye and bodily movements, will signal your brain that you are in control, and it will continue on the traditional "think first" patterns. Lying or sitting completely relaxed and still, with calm and steady breathing. You will see immediate results in the form of your motor function taking over and relaxing. Then you'll notice areas of pressure move and lighten up. The mind will understand that it is working in conjunction with the body again and may briefly release old feelings, such as images, memories, scents, and sounds. It is releasing the emotions that have attached to it since childhood. Continue with calm and steady breathing, letting them freely pass through you. Closing your eyes for a moment, then opening them to view the scene. Combined with the calm and steady breathing, will assist in any unsavory thoughts attached to emotions that make their way through. Tension may occur in your body as it is releasing these old movements that we controlled our bodies into having. A calm and steady readjustment to relaxing your body will help, as needed. It can be done at anytime and is excellent if you feel you're stuck on a task or project, encounter tension with another person (internally or externally), and is a remedy for anxiety, depression, headaches, muscle aches and pains, panic attacks, high blood pressure, and many of the long-term disorders that we've come to believe ourselves into having and encountering. Including but not limited to our vision and cross eyes, heart attacks and stroke, cold sores or herpes, and many other ailments caused by us attaching emotions to thoughts. Which causes irregularities and disrupts the natural flow of our bodies. Forcing its attention and pressure on specific areas. Causing a weakened immune system, infections, and tension in the body that we knowingly and unknowingly focus on over time. A completely relaxed body, calm and steady breathing, and observing the view around you will always align you with the present moment. Combining common practices like drinking water regularly, salt baths, scents, a walk, or stepping out for fresh air, uplifting music, or anything simple and natural that will keep your body and senses in the moment will assist with your alignment.  Practicing this regularly will prevent and even eliminate all the ailments above. Bringing you to full alignment with the Earth again. A healthy, regulated, free-flowing, and naturally living human being.
