Natural Wisdom: Short Moments of Reality
To achieve reality at all times. We may need to achieve it in short moments first. Processing those old thoughts, emotions, personas, labels, beliefs, and overall perceptions that we have created since childhood within ourselves. Short moments consistently outside of ourselves all day and in the present moment. Will allow your mind and body to work as one, reprogramming them to be in the present moment full-time. The more you relax your whole body, apply simple action with intention, and engage with the environment around you, the more your body disregards those perceptions that we have controlled and created in our minds. Simple techniques will develop as you go, such as working on a task around you, taking a moment to sip and enjoy a drink, getting some fresh air, viewing the room as a whole while music plays, touching the fabric on your clothes or the weight of a cell phone, and speaking simple words to the room. I am [NAME], my name is [NAME], I am the present moment, I view myself as I view others, I am a good man/woman, I am a man/woman of my word, I am proud of myself, I honor the ones I've hurt in the past, I honor the ones that inspired me, I will align with all good things, I will produce all good things. These are personal reframing words I use to engage outside of myself. Paying no mind to anything internally that is processing. I will briefly take a silent reflective moment that allows my body to process and evolve at its own natural speed. Meaning to perceive time as well, and have subconsciously taught our brands to slow down or speed up. It is why time seems to go fast or slow, but that is only another perception that we have created. It will regulate with your body and the present moment reality as you go. Encouraging simple logic, recognizing that you're part of the environment around you, and a graceful flow from one moment to the next is recommended. This technique will work for most mental health disorders, overthinkers, addictive habits (alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, etc.), trauma victims, and anyone suffering PTSD or simply searching for an overall better quality of life without daily stressors (anxiety, depression, panic attacks). Also excellent for optimizing your time and energy with work, family life, finances, and entrepreneurship. Revealing and encouraging value in all things, purpose, successes, gratitude, confidence, natural standards, boundaries in knowing instead of searching for understanding, reasoning, eccentric ego, or justifying within yourself or others, and a simple and natural view of the world that you are a part of. Without all the noise that we've inherited and been accustomed to creating in our minds. If you take the time to practice this for a short time, let's say over a week, two weeks, or more. It is important to understand that your perception of yourself will change consistently. As it is adjusting from a lifetime of control over thought and emotion, into one regulated human being without any control or categorized perceptions. Relax and gracefully transition into the already perfect, aligned, and enlightened human being that you are.
