Natural Wisdom: Harnessing your Reality

Illusions and delusions that we cast upon ourselves come in many forms. Harnessing your reality is the HR, the middle ground between both, manifesting, liberation, purpose, and fulfillment. Getting stuck in the mud or lost in the forest, being too slow or too fast, looking back at the past, or dreaming about the future are all delusions of grandeur, no matter how big or small they may be. Illusions are things that are likely to be wrongly perceived or interpreted by the senses. Both can be remedied with the middle ground of your current external reality. Harnessing a stable body will produce stable outcomes. In every aspect, from your personal health (no more anxiety, depression, or worse), balancing your work and home life, and fulfilling your purposes and destiny in a lifetime. Calmly staying engaged with every moment of your day and perceiving the world around you as a literal, logical, and beautiful being that includes you. manifests more and more successful results. Encouraging patience, commitment, coherence, confidence, and overall competence for a successful life.  Consistent practices of combining your senses and the view around you with your daily routine, intensionally speaking into existence ("I am part of this room", "I will not float in my head", "I will complete the task in front of me"), combined with observing the room or the view of your task in a calm and relaxed state. Are simple practices to keep you grounded in the moment and moving forward productively, efficiently, prioritized, and with authenticity. Leaving room for a moment to appreciate the progress you've made, and steadily aligning you with your day.
