Natural Wisdom: Graceful Transition to Extrovert
The concept of introverts and extroverts is another human perception that we've become accustomed to, and the reason we often feel disconnected from the world around us. An obvious observation reveals that we're fighting the same issues in our minds as we are in the external world. Another observation will reveal that the source of all the issues is both internal and external. All are produced from the thoughts of ourselves and others throughout history and up to current events. From the external media, word of mouth from ourselves or others, and the internal voices, feelings, and emotions that we've become accustomed to categorizing as an array of demographic beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world as a whole. The solutions and remedies for each individual and the world as a whole are another obvious one. Gracefully and intentionally losing the "think first" mindset and engaging yourself with the outside world around you at all times. This calm and relaxed, intentional and specific, combining the senses and applying your whole body way of life, is the formula of the natural order and rotation of the world. Doing so will reveal that internal and external tensions, pressures, restrictions, and ailments of all types subside over time. You'll notice the turnaround in your life as you gracefully transition into a full-on extrovert. You may run into challenges at first. A mind drifts into fantasies and delusions of grandeur of the future, or past emotions attached to thoughts that may come from good and bad memories. Relax, steady breathing, and just keep evolving forward with the outside environment around you. Intentional daily tasks are recommended from a steady morning routine that ignites all the senses, going right into the first step of a project or hobby that's been calling to you, and steadily encouraging yourself of the progress you're making happen. Speaking out loud to the environment around you is an excellent way to stay engaged and find your natural voice as well. I personally use "My name is _____, and I am interacting with the environment around me," "I am speaking to the environment around me," "I am a whole part of the environment around me." While looking, touching, and engaging the whole self with the objects in my area. A fully relaxed pause with steady breathing is always helpful for your body to align with the new information. The more extroverted individuals do this. The less stress, pressure, chaos in general, and we as a whole will have. inevitably aligning the earth that we currently feel disconnected from, back to its natural order. Simplicity, clarity, and peace.
