Natural Wisdom: Breaking Beliefs and Labels
Beliefs and labels come in many forms. All manifest from inherited thoughts and actions over a lifetime. Inherited from generations and passed down from one to the next. Action, choices, and decisions from each individual person. These beliefs and labels are all internal and categorized perceptions created over time from what we control and create individually, to what we control and create as a whole human race. The issue with beliefs and labels is that they are controlled from one internal self to another, and creation was meant for the external world around you only, not the internal world within you. This is the main source of the problem that humanity has today, and over time. We've grown accustomed from childhood to "think first", attaching thoughts with emotions to mimic adults and best understand the world. Creating our own internal views of ourselves and others, causing conflicting beliefs and chaos from within. The remedy for these internal disconnections to the outside world around us, and the other individuals on it, is simple, clear, and direct. Engaging and speaking with the external world at all times until it becomes natural and permanent. Letting our whole bodies align on their own with our minds. Processing the categorized and controlled thoughts that compounded since childhood. As we release these misguided perceptions and beliefs, our pure, natural, and already perfect self will reveal itself. Aligning us with the pure, natural, and already perfect world. Turning chaos, confusion, and conflicting beliefs (demographic or self-inflicted) into internal enlightenment and external purpose. Here are some external affirmations to speak to the environment around you that will assist in breaking these beliefs and labels.
"I am an individual, and I am already perfect."
"I will not micro-manage myself or others with false beliefs and labels.""I will respect myself as I respect others, and I deserve the same respect in return."
"I will view myself as I view others. They are the same and already perfect."
