Aligning you with the world outside of yourself. Steady breathing and relax your whole body as you speak these to the environment around you. Stay fully engaged in the present moment as you do this. The more you allow your internal self to process and align on its own, the more you will align yourself with the world. bridging any disconnection created over a lifetime of self-creation and control through inherited beliefs and forced choices and decisions. Allowing yourself to calmly celebrate life and enjoy every moment will liberate and honor your past sins and gradually create that beautiful reality you seek full-time.
